After the layout and services included are approved and the site is ready; we start installation according to the timetable agreed with the contractor or/and client, in the most professional, neat and safe manner
Commissioning: After we have installed the equipment, we do the commissioning in order for the client to be satisfied and to sign the handover of the project.
A Major Part of providing an excellent and reliable post-sale service is keeping a continuous stock of spare parts. Bahrawi has always adequate spare parts in its stock all over the three provinces to ensure swift response and the satisfaction of our clients.
Warranty: We provide a standard warranty covering labor costs and parts for the first year. We also provide a service contract that can be signed to cover the period after the warranty or the client can request an extended warranty for minor extra charges.

Further clarifications regarding the scope of this certificate and the applicability of ISO 9001:2008 requirements may be obtained by consulting the organization. This certificate is valid from 07 April 2017 until 06 April 2020 and remains valid subject to satisfactory surveillance audits. Re certification audit due before 05 March 2020.
